This was my first trip to Dubai and Hotel Novotel made it really memorable with their superior services. They ensured we are given all the facilities. The room was amazing, the staff was very helpful and supporting and i would like to thank Mr. James and Mr. Irfan for helping throughout.
The food at Hangout Cafe was super amazing! Though we had a very short trip due to COVID-19 but the hotel staff ensured everyone is following the safety measures.

Had come on a business trip for 4 days. The hotel is one of its class. The executive room was simply splendid..!!The manager and entire hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. I had to post a review on this hotel, cause its simply the best in its class. Location wise it’s quite central so it’s very easy to commute as well. Hospitality, Comfort, Hygiene, Interiors of the room is impeccable. Amenities that the hotel offers is pretty extensive. Rooftop view is jaw dropping..Totally Satisfied..Highly recommend this property if you are coming on a business or a family trip..!
Very good hotel in a nice peaceful location. Very helpful staff and 5 mins walk to metro.. good prices and all good. Will stay here again for sure
