Excellent place today with beautiful sea view plus marina and Dubai eye views. Huge swimming pool and fun crazy river. Very relaxing at night. We also really enjoyed the restaurants there particularly West14th.. Very premium quality Steak house with wonderful services. Highly recommended
We booked Normal deluxe room and they gave us studio room with balcony in the same price, the room and washroom were so neat and clean with all the necessary amenities available. They gave us complimentary congratulations cake for our marriage. Staff was also very cooperative. The pool and beach were also clean, we visited last summer so unfortunately beach was so hot that time. Furthermore we choose breakfast buffet in our package and it was beyond amazing!! It was a great decision to choose dukes the Palm for our one day staycation.

Everyone working at Dukes makes an extra effort to make you feel special. I can’t fault their service at all.
The in room dining is brilliant from wonderful Mr Roomany, I could tell he had a big smile behind his mask!
Rooms are wonderfully clean and there is constant cleaning being done around the hotel.

Nice pool and beach but no enough chairs & umbrellas. The food (breakfast and dinner) was very very bad and cheap quality. I’ve never had a worse experience at a hotel’s restaurant. They also need much more staff at the pool/beach area and the restaurant to cover the large number of people. Staff were nice but they are overloaded with work. For the price we paid we got a much much better experience at other hotels.
Poor parking service, confused staff in breakfast service , room service opening room without permission or knocking when guests are in
