Loved every single bit of this hotel and experience except it did not have a bathtub. That's the only reason I gave it four stars instead of five. I would definitely stay at this place again it made me feel like I was submerged into the culture.
The experience is nice, the room service staff are very helpful, but can’t say the same about the reception staff though!
It took us more than 25 minutes to check in (although I’ve already checked in online!).
In various social media channels; the hotel claim to be offering new guests a welcoming drink (Arabic coffee and dates). We were offered none!
The original booking I had was without breakfast, but the check in staff did my bother to explain anything about food outlets available in the premises!
And after handing us our room keys we were not informed how to reach our room (the hotel is spread over 10 disconnected buildings!)
I booked a room with creek view. What I got was a room facing a building in front of it covering 75% of the creek and only offer a very narrow angle to view the creek! Room 219 shouldn’t be sold as a room with a creek view! I’d argue this is cheating, but I know this review will change nothing anyway!
The TV in the room was stuck on the welcoming screen!
Finally; the baby crib I was offered for my 26MO baby had no mattress over the very thin base so it was useless to us and my our baby shared the king bed wit us!
Again; the experience is nice but bit pricey and we were unlucky with the room and the staff OD when we checked in.
A warm and friendly welcome from the staff from check in to check out .. An excellent customer service .. Very persionalized and at the same time professional.. They surprised us with a beautiful cake since they knew it was my husband's birthday.
Clean hotel ...the room was amazing all the amenities were provided ..so I thank all the staff ( Morning shift and evening one )
Def I recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy the tranquility and have a good time

Great hotel in a traditional style. Whilst it is a fairly recently built hotel, it really feels like you are living in a very traditional house. Every detail is combining this old look with modern convenience.
