Very good apartments, very friendly and professional staff. The apartments are full equipped and there are cleaned every day. Everything is perfect. I really enjoy staying in this apartment. Very near of the hotel they are 2 very good supermarket and the restaurant which is serving wide range of food in reasonable prices. I reccomend City Premiere Hotel and Apartments in 100%!
The location of the hotel is great, but there is no sidewalk to the entrance. The breakfasts are great. Huge balcony with beautiful views. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. But the kitchen is pretty dirty.
The impression was spoiled by communication with the staff when the payment for the first night was debited from me again, which was debited two days before arrival. As I later found out myself, the first time on the side of the hotel there was an error, and the funds were blocked in my account, but not received by the hotel and they were returned to my account after 11 days. However, when I asked about the second write-off, the staff spent three days trying to convince me that nothing really happened and nothing will be returned. Even after I provided all the receipts from my bank. And on the account statement, it was clear that more was charged than I was supposed to pay. For three days they tried to prove to me that I was stupid and could not understand whether the money was debited from me and what amounts were debited and they promised to call somewhere and clarify what happened. The hotel staff did not try to understand the situation and do at least something, because if they did clarify with the finance department (as they promised) what happened, the issue would be resolved immediately. All they did was try to convince me that I was stupid and that exactly the right amount was debited from me, despite the evidence from my bank.
I was here for business and to my horror the hotel doesn’t allow visitors wherein my entire purpose of booking a serviced apartment is to call my clients over for a drink or two

When we arrived and had already paid that’s when the reception explained the guest policy
You must highlight this as all hotels take identity proof and let the visitors in
Highly recommend not to stay here as it may put your entire business visit for a toss
stayed for two weeks and extended one more week. Finest apartments with housekeeping services. Even standard apartments are spacious with good furnitures and electronics. Locality is good and two supermarkets within 100 meters. Enjoy stay with my family. Only downside is need to clean outside windows when we look from outside windows looks dirty.
