Loving my stay here. Super comfortable and spacious room, with so many options for food within and around the vicinity of the hotel. Proximity to Dubai Marina mall is also great, I enjoyed walking to the Marina Walk. The Team is so diligent, thanks to Zahid for always keeping my room fresh. Always felt good to come back to some creative arrangement.
Location of the Hotel excellent. Everything in walk distance. Staff are very helpful and nice. Parking services are great. We loved to stay here and definitely will come back ! Thank you Stella Di Mare
This hotel is located in a decent place very near to everything we wanted to see and we were located on a high floor looking over the marina - nice!
Staff were friendly, courteous and accommodating, which was nice. For example I accidentally booked a twin room instead of a double and they kindly put the beds together.
The hotel rooms feel a little dated hence my 4 star rating. Coffee machine didn’t work, but got replaced, some bits of the wall had crumbled and was not vacuum cleaned properly when we checked in, but other features were great - good iron and hairdryer if anyone is interested.
There was also a mandatory New Years Eve dinner gala we had to pay for, which was a little surprising for us, but... it turned out to be pretty good and well organised. I would recommend this place considering the location and the well prices rooms.
Restaurant was empty. Breakfast came laced with a thick strand of hair on top. Not something you like to see first thing in morning. Returned it to the waitress and requested a new one. When the ‘new’ one came it clearly looked like they just removed the hair. They insisted it was new but it was cold. I requested they replace it with a fresh one which they agreed. However not exactly the experience you expect from a 5* hotel.
One of the newer hotels at the Marina. Nice breakfast, concierge, good service. Rooms are well kept but furniture looks a little older but very roomy space.
Several options for dining, shopping and lots of touring options at the front desk.
Location is perfect and they have a decent spa.
