i made a paid booking for tonight and i just check in now and they told me that my room i have booked is not available anymore due to sudden guests came... and they told me only twin room available now without even try to apology.
moreover, they gave me a very dirty room as replacement

Good rooms.. food is ok..Huge portions.. but breakfast buffet is a letdown.. the only freshly cooked food is egg
