Amazing hotel with the best service. Had some problems with the room and Management attended to it immediately and they were very determined and swift to fix the issues. I really felt the 5 star service. We requested for rice dishes and the head chef made us fresh fried rice. Absolutely delicious and breakfast was wonderful. The room was nice and comfortable. The best part was the attention to detail of customer service excellence. Highly recommend this hotel and have a great stay! Will be back again. Cheers!!!
So far stay has been excellent. Was professionally supported by Ali at front desk who also went out of his way to check on me the following day. Larry, the room attendant mega helpful and efficient in approach.

Nice, conventional style design, courteous staff, enormous room we were updated for nothing to. Remained in second seven day stretch of Nov 20. We didn't eat here. However, had brew in the games bar. The attendant Francis from Kenya, made a special effort to book us tickets for helicopter and water sports... For us he was the face in a concealed up Covid time.
Good value for money. We stay at an apartment which is super spacious. Friendly service and quiet area with no construction sites around.

I am visiting this place for a second time and absolutely loved their Friday brunch! Great selection of food with fresh ingredients and amazing decoration. Special thanks to sushi chef Thura for the best sushi which I've tried in town! So delicious! My husband was captivated by chicken cordon blu - juicy, cheese and well fried. Excellent and attentive service from all waiters. Definitely recommend to everyone!
