Great Hotel. Clean rooms with lots of space. Perfect place for your weekend relaxation spot. Very central with walking distance to Dubai mall and the attractions surrounding it. Very helpful and friendly staff that just ad spice to your awesome experience at this place. The lobby has lots of space with relaxing sofas. Overall a great and memorable experience. Definitely coming back soon!
The hotel has excellent views of the fountains and the address hotel nearby.
- As the hotel service it's good, the reception workers deal with people in a polite way but, the room service is not really that good.
- The hotel's food menu it poor needs more dishes and to really attractive to buy or taste.
- The hotel follows Covid-19 rules as temp checking and sanitizing people and providing masks. - I like the elevator system and how it works where only 4 people can ride the elevator which people follow.
- The only bad thing other than the food menu is that ( I personally ) hated it that some of the furniture was broken and felt poor. As a price, it's worth it and moderately recommended.
The hotel is charming and beautiful and the overall speculation is good, our problem was when we got a faulty water heater in one of the rooms and for example two days did not make it so, finally they brought us a late check out as compensation. overall the service was fine, and nothing more. The location is great in downtown 7 minutes walk from the Grand Mall.
The worst people at reception. I don’t remember the name of receptionist but I will get it and update my review. He has not respect to guests or apartment owners. I asked for the number of technician as I was facing urgent issue in my apartment and he kept transferring my call to the landline with no answer. I told him clearly please don’t transfer the call I was on hold for 30mins and no one answer but he ignored me and kept transferring without letting me finish my sentence. I went down and I asked him for the mobile number that they used to give it to everyone before he said we are not allowed to give. I told him since when? you used to give it to me he said with disrespect: “Not anymore”. He was very rude and impolite. Even he refused to call the technician from his phone and let me talk to him. He was just doing everything to make me upset. No professionalism and disappointing service.
It's a beautiful, well organized and safe place, very easy to get a taxi when you step out of the building.
