We booked a stay for end of October at the start of October 2020. The hotel close without any communication whatsoever. We only found out because one day before the stay I called and nobody answered.
It has been 3 months and hotel is still not opened. They promise they are going to reimburse me because of my Marriott Elite status check in guarantee benefit. Well, that never happened.
I loved the hotel over all, i stayed in room #407 i beleive. check in was smooth, very calm place room and bed was awsome, cleanliness was topnoch. Totally i loved this hotel.
comfy bed, free parking, nice dine in offers, nice staff but breakfast has limited options as they need to improve it! and coffee machine doesnt have any coffee with milk?? only americano and espresso!
Everything is up to standard, the rooms are excellent and the staff will definitely assist you in anyway they can. I’ve been frequently visiting the hotel and staff like Peter who always remembers me proves that Marriott gives importance to their guest.
Great value for money. Walking distance to Mall of Emirates. Clean, comfortable rooms.
