From the moment we arrived we were treated to the most luxurious yet relaxed experience. Our room was gorgeous. The staff are just wonderful, we were never asked for a room number, they all knew us by name. It's an experience not to be missed. Definitely not our last visit.
Great hotel, great staff. Very helpful friendly and informative. The hotel is located in the ideal place for a first visitor to Dubai. I’m hoping to stay there again, great view on the roof top, topped with a great Shiesha cafe. Sunrise & sunset viewing from the roof top is highly recommended. Thank you to everyone there. Ten out of ten for me yes 10/10. Not a fake review, a genuine review from the head & heart.
Perfect hotel to my personal standards.
The service is very good, friendly and quick. The staff are extremely respectful and welcoming. In the room i have decent stove for cooking, fridge, toaster, water kettle, iron table and shared laundry room (washing machine and dryer) for each floor (1-3 AED depends on the length of the cycle).
The hotel is located about 20 minutes walking destinies from Dubai Mall using the metro tunnel. Also build in small shopping center. There are number of restaurants around the area along Sheikh Zayed road or in City walk.
In general it’s really good for both short and long term staying
Stayed December 2019 - Very friendly staff. After a long flight from Australia, we were a bit lost and ventured in here and requested a room for only 12 hours to get some much needed rest. The room was very comfortable and the staff were so happy and helpful. Easy walk to the Dubai Mall.
Superb service, wonderful hotel, spacious rooms. Very well located, close to burjKhalifa metro station. Close to City Walk. Easy access to beach. Rated top 30 hotels from trip advisor is not easy.
