The service was very nice and the staff is excellent. I even remember when a staff member brought our luggage to our room: “if you need any help please contact us, we can arrange anything. Even if you want to go to the moon, we can arrange it”
Breakfast was amazing and the stay was pleasant. When we go to Dubai again. Hotel Indigo is where we want to stay again.
The location is also a very nice place to stay. 5 minutes from Dubai Mall where you can shop or have nice food. Amazing spot!
I have stayed at several hotels in Dubai, including really luxury ones at the Palm. But so far Indigo is the one that touches my heart. Staff will go extra miles to help you. The facilities are not luxury but you can see they have put a lot of effort thoughts in them to make you feel comfortable and homey. All the staff are genuinely nice to you and are really passionate in making the hotel a nice one. Highly recommended this hotel to everyone.
Beautiful art work and interiors throughout the hotel. Great attention to detail in everything from the design, the coffee, the food, the bar. A deep dive into the local culture at every corner allows you to experience an art gallery while you enjoy your stay at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, full of soul. Very welcoming and kind staff. Refreshing to see such high level of attention to detail paid throughout the building. I will definitely be coming back!
Lovely boutique hotel.. one of its kind. Superb view of the Dubai creek. It has art screaming out from every nook n corner. The amount of detailing in the rooms from the rug, the ceiling, the wall, the wardrobe and not to forget the shisha lamp.. is superb. The staff is friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.
