A historical and emblematic ship, boat or hotel. Still it is an opportunity don't to be miss. The hotel is good, good bedroom size, well equipped and all the facilities expected, amazing sea view. Q2 part of the Cunard Line and the if you visit you can ask for a walk tour around the ship, you could visit the casino, decks, machine room and captains room, full of the history and the guide is phenomenal.
The restaurant is also pretty good and the sunset view from the deck is extraordinary.
It's really cool hotel. It's fun to stay on the ship. They also have tours in the evening, and nice restaurants. There is also an old (non working) casino room , which is interesting to see.
A true jump in the past with this historic cruise ship. I made the guided tour and our guide was super kind and very informative. You can tell he was part of all this as he shared so many memories. The ship is really something and the amount of history She carries resonates a lot with people of my age. It is a highly recommend visit.
We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed experiencing this bit of history, with modern comforts in the room. We took the free (for hotel guests) heritage tour with Christopher and it was very worthwhile. My only complaint would be that the ship/hotel is separated from the rest of Dubai by a freeway. It is about a twenty minute walk to get to the pedestrian bridge to get over the freeway, or a very inexpensive cab ride which is easy, so it was worth being here and having this experience. The room was spacious and the staff was happy to provide extra waters at no charge.
Was a good evening although quite chilly. Was hoping heaters would be supplied. The food was lovely. Would recommend better lighting as was quite dark. Overall was a nice evening.
