Let me start with some positives. The hotel food is good. Hotel cleanliness is good. Room service is good. Now the negatives. Hotel staffs could be more polite in speaking with the customer. I asked to see a doctor for my wife but the receptionist flatly refused in providing a medical help. We were provided with torn towel which was pathetic. This hotel has so much potential so please improve the above mentioned negatives if possible. Thank you
Due to covid we were quarantined in the hotel so didn't get to experience the full sea view but the food was nice and the room was clean.
This place is very noisy at night due to passing vehicles....not sound proof.
Staff was okay but the rooms had a lot of cockroaches. Even after complaining to housekeeping, the problem continued. Very unhygienic.
food was also average during breakfast and in chinese restaurant.
They should looking into keeping the basic hygiene especially during covid.
Place is good with nice ambience, food ordered was also very good and had Indian flavor in them.
