I have stayed at this hotel on two occasions and loved it both times. All the staff are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating including the manager. The rooms are very comfortable with a touch of luxury - great value for money. Free parking available. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
Very good place to stay. They have bar and restaurant (M floor) with happy hours, if you stay in this hotel you have 30% discount). Very kind staff, taxi service Just far from the beach - its 15 minutes by taxi. Price of the hotel is very good.
Very nice hotel, in the Palm area. The real nice thing about it are the busses which every day can take you from the back of the hotel to almost any place in Dubai: malls, beaches, outlets.
Staff was very helpful and friendly from the start. Receptionist gave us a room with a great view. The waiters at the restaurant were very nice also.
Hotel is like 5 min walk from a supermarket where you can buy anything and like 15 min from the metro station.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff. 5 min walk from the metro station. I make some mistakes in choosing the check in time and forgot some of my belongings in my room, they help me out finally. I will probably recommend this to my friends.
