The place needs a complete makeover. Looks rundown and unkempt. The rooms are an even bigger let down. We had a smelly couch in our unit which we couldn't sit on and had to always have the fan on to help with the stench. Cleaning happens every other day which meant dirty bins overnight. Beds are not made, linen is just put on the bed for you to do it yourself. Not a pleasant stay at all
Its facilities are wonderful and its location is very privileged.
It is true that it is necessary to take the car to go to the beach, etc. But it is a really quiet and private place. Of course, it has its own parking within its facilities and that makes it essential.
However, everything is relatively close, for example the beach of Les Rotes is approximately 7-10 min. So its location I think is really good.
Depending on the apartment you have, you can enjoy some views or others, in our last stay we were very lucky to have views of the sea and a pine forest in front of it, so it was a luxury.
The apartments are very complete and if you wish you have all kinds of utensils to cook.
It has its own pool and although we did not use it this time, previous years I have found it a joy.
Thank the Parque Dénia staff for their treatment, care of the facilities and their attention.

Very clean apartments and very polite and pleasant staff, although they need some improvement (it is clear that nothing has been done in them for a while uncle).
You have to take the car for everything ... it's still fine, (depends on what you are looking for).
Our week of complete disconnection. It may not be a 5-star apartment, but the attention of its workers is maximum and with the necessary amenities available. Together with an environment in which tranquility is the predominant note, its views and proximity to everything, even if it is with the vehicle, makes up for everything.
The proximity of a small pine forest, gifts the senses with the sounds of the birds it shelters.
And Dénia, being a very dynamic city, has a slower pace of life in its streets, something that can be extended to the entire province of Alacant.
