Normally the slowest service on the planet. Covid fixed it up believe it or not. Had a great special of day menu 3 course lunch. Tasty and great price

Went for a coffee at lunch time with friends. Nice and quiet. Very friendly staff. Nice coffee.
Lovely looking place, staff was not at all attentive, kept chatting amongst themselves, forgot to take order despite it not being full, forgot to bring mayo despite reminding them several times, same with lemon, ashtray, coffee. All had to be asked for several times. I would not go again. Food was ok, but nothing special. If staff had been nice and attentive it would have made all the difference. Disappointed as had been told it is good. All 4 serving staff were rubbish.
Good to see it open again. Usual good friendly service.
