The staff are friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Lots of choice for breakfast and they go out of their way to cater for vegetarians. The room was comfortable, bright and airy. It had aircon and lovely soft pillows. There is an outside pool which is very clean. The staff helped organise trips and recommended places to visit.
The staff is amazing, the breakfasts inspiring and the rooms comfortable, cozy and well maintained. Price for rooms is very reasonable. Spent a month here and found the hotel well located for walks to the beach and downtown.

This place is fantastic. The rooms are extremely clean and beautiful. The building has roof access for unmatched views. This hotel also offers great breakfast with an assortment of Vietnamese dishes. The owners/managers will pick you up from the airport and drive you to local sight seeing areas for a very small fee.
Close to beach, well served and very friendly staffs. Rooms are very cosy.

The staff is really really nice & friendly. She prepared the afternoon tea which was good and also gave us the coupon of Grab.
But the cleaness was kinda terrible. There were two left used towels on the bathroom and also hair..dust. The shampoo ran out as well. I think the facility and the cleaness of this hotel are not good enough for 4 star, maybe 2. The other two stars are for the staff there
Great rooftop pool and bar. The breakfast buffet was excellent, wide variety of Western and Vietnamese dishes. Room service is also offered and the food met all expectations for our family.
The hotel is located centrally and you can rent bikes to ride to the beach or take a short walk. HIGHLY recommended for a short stay in Da Nang. Choose a room with 1 bed as it will have a bit more space. Customer service from reception, room stewards, bar, and restaurant are superb.
The hotel overlooking the sea is very beautiful, new room, clean, quiet. Around the hotel there are many places to have fun. I would recommend this hotel to my friends if I come here.
Great place to stay. Kind and knowledgeable owners who treated us like family. Whenever I am in De Nang, this is where I will stay.

I spent 10 nights at the Risemount in late Nov. into Dec 2019. in the middle of my 5 months of travels throughout Southeast Asia. I can't think of one thing that could have made my stay more enjoyable. It was visually pleasant, clean, reasonably priced and very comfortable. The staff was professional, accommodating and polite.
My stay at The Risemount was the nicest addition to my dream vacation and a special thanks goes out to the manager Chris.
