After staying in several places in the Danang/Hoi An area over 9 months, Danang Moment was clearly the best.
The owner and staff are great communicators and excel at hospitality. They make you feel welcome but respect your privacy.
The house itself was clean, quiet and well-equipped. There's even an air purifier and kitchen where I cooked most meals.
The location can't be beat as it's away from major construction sites and roads, but walking distance to the beach, gym and great cafes like Mud and B&S.
There is a dog occasionally, so it would help if you're not averse to them.
I highly recommend Danang Moment. It's the only place I'd choose when I visit Danang again.
Danang Moment is perfect place for a stay in Danang. The location was great. It's very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us. I would definitely come again!
Before sign a contract for 1 year I ask about if have construction nearby. I was informed that this is a quiet area, no construction.
My first night after sign a contract I wake up at 6am Saturday with construction right upstairs!
Saturday and Sunday! Starting at 6am. Construction all day and night.
They know about the construction. But they will hide from you. (Until you pay)
Everything here was deceptive. We signed a one year contract. We had terrible mold issues to begin with. Owner acted like we were the problem when we asked for it to be fixed. See the photos. Next is the construction. We had someone drilling into our wall for over 3 months before we decided to leave early. Extremely noisy. Nancy, the manager, was consistently rude and downright disrespectful. The cleaning service we paid for didn’t really do anything at all. The housekeeper spent most of her day in the cafe watching videos. We moved down the street where we are paying less and couldn’t be more happy. The only good thing of this place was the kindest security guards and Ruby one of the front desk agents.
Before booking, I was skeptical about the reviews and ratings. But once I get there, everything cleared out. I understood why it has such a great rating everywhere! You can barely find anything to complaint about. The decoration looks simple but yet very detailed and charming! You can tell the owners pay attention the every single details. Pictures that you see online can not do justice. Other than the facilities, the staff was amazing. The two receptionists were helpful and very courteous. What surprised me the most was the security guard. He is really sweet. I vaguely told him that I needed to go to the hospital that day .He remembered and called us to remind us when we felt asleep. He was worried that I might miss it ! We were so touched. It's a memory that I will never forget. The housekeepers were also kindhearted. You can also find a lot of local restaurants nearby ( VERY affordable fresh juice). Thank you so much for such a impeccable and affectionate journey! Will definitely come back.
