Professional Staff. Room is ok, but the view is blocked by the next building, making uncomfortable feelings! It's very sorry that the swimming pool and Gym not available during end Oct without any notice when booking. Hotel operated with minimum services because of Covid.... You should check the hotel drirectly when booking.

It's such a disgrace for the name Hiton Hotel. My first impression when I arrived was the security guy asking me with a very bad attitude "where are you going?". Then when I checked in, I was told the restaurant is closed and only open for breakfast, ok that's fine. After taking a nap and heading to the swimming pool, I was shocking to know that the swimming pool, the bar and everything alse were closed as well. What is the point of staying at a 5 stars hotel when the only thing you can use is your room? The only good thing is the receptionist lady who is very helpful and keep saying sorry for the inconvenience but obviously it's not her fault. Clearly the hotel is managed really badly. When you are not ready to reopen after lockdown, you don't open, remember you're managing a 5 stars hotel, not a hostel or motel
Top notch. Excellent staff. Great location. Fantastic service. One of the best seafood dinner buffets i have had, great choice of seafood.
Exec lounge is nice n cosy, host and staff are wonderful.
Breakfast buffet offers amazing varieties.

You ruined all the mood of my family trip, we respect your rule and we will accept to pay your fine (my fault). But management should check again their way to do business. Please, you guys are running hospilitality, not jail. FOM and GM also.
No wonder not many guests around.
