I spent 10 nights at the Risemount in late Nov. into Dec 2019. in the middle of my 5 months of travels throughout Southeast Asia. I can't think of one thing that could have made my stay more enjoyable. It was visually pleasant, clean, reasonably priced and very comfortable. The staff was professional, accommodating and polite.
My stay at The Risemount was the nicest addition to my dream vacation and a special thanks goes out to the manager Chris.

Didn't stay here, only ate at the restaurant. The food was very fresh with a great balance of flavours. Attentive yet unintrusive service. Well worth the money.
A cute boutique city resort with spacious room and bathroom. Good service. Since it is a resort in the city so you cannot expect a huge pool with a lot of greenery. But to trade off, it is very accessible to everything because of the good location. From restaurants to the beach (walking distance). It deserve 5 stars.
Shower is disgusting. Full of mould. I asked to move rooms because of the dirty shower, but the room I got moved to is also disgusting. I had to ask for bleach and clean it myself so I can feel safe showering from the dirtiness that they call ‘clean’. Didn’t even end up getting bleach, but got a clothing wash liquid. I honestly would not recommend. The view is nice. The hotel lobby is nice. Room is nice, but it is not cleaned a 100%. Anyone who prioritises cleanliness go somewhere else. I’m never coming back here.
All staffs have good service attitude and room condition was good. Breakfast also satisfied all my family members.
But! if you get a street view room then you will be suffered from loud club musics until midnight...except that I would have given 5 stars.
