It's a great hotel. Location is perfect. Very inexpensive. My review is solely on the capsule room. They have actually hotel rooms also. The capsules are great for travelers who prefer some privacy without the cost of an actual hotel. There are a few things that bothered me during my stay and feel that they can improve on. First the capsules do not get clean after each stay. The first capsule I was assigned to had dust and dirt on the walls of the capsule. The same with the second capsule I was assigned to, there was dust, dirt, and hair on the walls. The staffs replace the towel and everyday during my stay. It would be great if they could dust and wipe down the capsules also. Second negative was the fact that the staffs come and clean at 8am! They come to change the towels and make the bed, along with mopping the floors at 8am instead of waiting for check out. Third was the bathroom. The shower is great, good water pressure, and temperature. However the sinks on the fourth floor were in poor conditions. The water took a long time to drain. So anything you were using the sink for, there would be nasty residue when it finally drains such as toothpaste from brushing your teeth. The bathrooms weren't the cleanest also. Everyone on the 4th floor were moved to the 3rd floor due to hygiene situation in the bathroom I was told. Lastly the staffs are not too fluent in English. One staff is a beginner level. Another staff rely on Google translate to communicate. But it's manageable.
Even though I listed a lot of negative, it is a good hotel. I really want them to improve.

Starting from cool space ship light , over plugs, little air con ❄️ up to a little mini safe , you will have everything you need ✅
On top of that, breakfast is included ✅
Very much worth the experience
Clean. Good value. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Says it has a restaurant but this never seems to be open. Monly draw back in the dorm room was the door banging loudly all the time very early in the morning,which disturbed my sleep.
The idea of sleeping in a capsule is very tempting for me. That also the only reason I decided to book a couple of nights for this trip. I have been in Da Nang countless times without ever spending a night in any hospitality places since I have always crashed at friends’. Actually, it made me happy enough to join the Google tour guide in order to share my experiences to others. I urge you to spend a night at Capsule Hotel in order to feel what I felt. It’ll be worth to the last dime.
Friendly and lovely staff,wonderful room. Delicious breakfast, I like it here so much and will definitely come back.
