Very good sized room, nicely planned and clean hotel. The conceirge is helpful too.
This place is a nice little getaway in the middle of the city. The back area has a nice view of the pagoda which is lit up at night. The front outside seating is also nice. The inside seating feels warm and welcoming, almost like Christmas with all the wood decor. Also the music selection was good.
This hotel is very clean, good place and Simple ramen and snacks are prepared in each room.
Clean and good size of double bedrooms. Staff is nice and helpful.
One negative thing, wall is too thin. Kids were running and screaming in the corridor at 7am.
Stop & Go is a charming place for your escape to Dalat.
However, from my experience, I would suggest hotel to invest some to renew or upgrade the facilities to bring better experience for guests to stay:
1- Clean is a must: you shouldn’t use wooden lid for toilet seat since Dalat weather is cold & high humidity which brings musty & moldy.
2- Please change the toilet door which can completely close/ open & separate the living area with the toilet area
3- Please have proper rubbish bin because the under sink bin now is such a funny thing: we don’t dare to touch to open the lid & it is too small to put anything.
4- Please change bamboo ladder in toilet by another type that is cleaner, drier to hang towel or clothes on.
Just some honest feedback to improve quality of Stop & Go. In the meanwhile, this is still a lovely place with gentle staffs, nice treat with free sweet potatoes & fire at night, very nice coffee shop.
5-star service!!
We (4 people) booked 2 sets of afternoon tea. I accidentally found a tiny metal thing in a chocolate cake.
We reported then got free charge of those 2 sets of tea (And bonus 2 Xmas cakes) with a apology from staff.
We greatly appreciate this 5-star service!
Hotel is right in the middle of town. 3 minute walk to a night market and so many great restaurants. Definitely will stay again.
Great hotel. It's near Da Lat Market and there is also a parking garage downstairs for your car or scooter. The room is clean and spacious. The room includes a free breakfast buffet. The staff are super nice and friendly.
I would definitely come back here next time I'm in Da Lat. Recommended!
If you want to feel something different, like a clasic hotel this one will give a great experience. So many spot are good to get a moment picture.
Minus point are :
- The bed & pilow is std, not pillowy and little bit moist due to the weather condition
- we can not choose the breakfast only have menu provided by the hotel (dec 2020)
Amazing place to stay over night. Quiet and clean for who needs some peace atmosphere. Simple but warm in the room and bathroom. Even though there is no TV in the room, there is the stereo for phone or iPad with quite good sound effect. And on 3F, there is a huge room for rest and some fun with sofa, TV and books.
It is also comfortable and relax decorating in lobby.
It was twice visiting to me! When i stayed here 4years ago, everything was great. And this time gave me wonderful memories too.
I really love here. There are super kind host, clean&cozy room and cute dogs haha
Ah, they made cafe inside the villa, you have to try super delicious special tea(i forgot the name) I hope i can come again in the future.
The good thing about this homestay is that it has a "rooftop deck" where we were able to do a bbq birthday party that was truly fun!
Most hotels in Da Lat does not have airconditioning because it is truly cold here. Another thing, the heater does not work perfectly so the water is so cold.
The staffs are helpful and nice. They speak a little to no English so not goodnor advisable for foreigners unless you are with locals.
Overall stay was good!
Good place for the money. Very comfy beds and felt luxury for 3, only criticism would be no proper AC in our room, there was a fan but it was pretty anaemic.
