The rooms are OK. Everything is clean but the property is showing it’s age. There are other places with incredible views and more privacy for the same amount of money or less.
Excellent services. Room is well design with peaceful scenery. The resort offers lots of entertaining services for your family/company. You can rent hotel rooms or villas by Tuyen Lam lake.
Take about 10-20 minutes to get to the city central.
- no aircon in rooms
- our room had no balcony
- no soft chairs or sofa style couches on the premises. Basically with a baby sleeping in our room, we had no place to go and relax. Never seen a hotel with such little basic comforts.
- nice pine forest to walk, but again no seats, no swings, no relax.
- nice lake, but sort of cornered off to the rooms on the lake, not for main resort. Again no seats to enjoy lake view.

- Karaoki/swimming pool building blocking view from main restaurant and has neon lights on it.

Terracotta is a cheapish resort catering to the masses. It falls short on basic functions that should make a resort a relaxing, nice place to stay.
The soroundings are nice. The rooms are nice also. The rest is really disappointing. The menu has literally few options. No western food at all. Nothing for kids. The restaurant itself is anything but cozy, you just don't wanna spend more than a fast meal there. Service is fine. Staff doesn't really know much about western like hospitality. Buffet is also fine. Roughly hitting 3 stars.
This hotel is located next to the lake in which it's taken an advantage of having peaceful scenery. It's an ideal place for getaway. I have been here twice with my family and definitely come back again for many more.
