Stayed here before the pandemic hits.. honestly I really miss this place! Everything about this resort is too good! Cozy, clean and obviously beautiful views! My friends threw a surprise birthday at the room and the whole arrangement was amazing!!! The staffs were friendly and helpful too! A trip/stay that will always remain close to my heart! ☺️

We were in the deluxe bungalow room. Spacious, clean and quiet room. Nice view, cute hotel. The entrance to the hotel was very steep so it was a bit scary to drive in. Room maintenance is not good because the door of the room is difficult to close and lock. Large clean tub. The toillet washer is backhand and is difficult to spray. Wifi and 3G are not available in the room. Breakfast is just enough, taste good. Enthusiastic staff. The hotel has very convenient motorbike rental
Great service. The decoration is very nice with warm color, make we feel cozy in the cold weather. This place is separated into 2 areas, the room hotel and the bungalow. Free breakfast with varied and delicious food, fresh vegetable. Our room has the pool view. A welcome gift is prepared when we check in.
My family spent 3 nights in Zen Valley. Nothing to complain about. The buffet breakfast quiet nice I thought breakfast in hotel only good in 5 stars hotel but their breakfast more than I expected. They have nice bungalow with reasonable price, lovely staff.
