It was surprisingly excellent experience for me. They are quite friendly and considered my request seriously. It seems the owner of the hotel has such open-minded and OMOTENASHI policy and successfully spread to all the staff.
Someone may feel the location is little far from the center of Dalat city(3-4km), however it was also good for me because I prefer quiet and suitable environment to read books. (Jan., 2020).
2nd time to stay in Jan., 2021. Same as previous staying in the last year, they maintain their service level excellent to all the staffs including those in charge of cleaning. Due to serviced apartment style (kitchen attached), I can relax like staying at my home. Highly recommended.
Wonderful experience for me and my family. Apartment was beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. And above all - the staff is absolutely fantastic, from the owner through the amazing sales manager to the all the other workers we met : extremely nice, helpful and efficient. I give the warmest recommendation on this place! We will be more than happy to come back.
Great place to stay! Stayed 1 month. Apartments was excellent, spacious, huge kitchen, bed was excellent, excellent facilities, rain shower heads, safe parking, and away from the main road so quiet at night. It didn't feel like a hotel and you we could really relax and feel at home. Much nicer then other places we looked at (6 other places). Kristina and staff are lovely and made us feel very welcome and was always offering to help where they could. Would definitely stay again!!
Living at the Anada Apartments is one of the best decisions I made when deciding to move from The United States to Vietnam. The owner and staff are always sensitive about my needs and even my suggestions. They take time to explain everything because so far I do not speak or read Vietnamese. I'm learning, or starting to learn. I’ve been all over Vietnam and Dalat is my favorite place. I've stayed in many hotels in Dalat and I know I made the right choice to stay at Anada. It’s clean, well organized, and the staff are always friendly, answering my many questions to make sure everything runs smoothly. And there is 24 hour security. It's a great little community, just what I need.
