Very COOL and FUN and worth visiting!
It would be 5 ⭐️ if they introduced some safety features. Some of the walkways are very high, narrow, and with very low or no handrails. ⚠️ USE EXTREME CAUTION WITH CHILDREN. ⚠️ Also, the construction never ends here, so be careful, as they usually don't block off these areas.
I have been returning here many times since 2009, and it keeps getting better each time. I am in my mid 40's and this place makes me feel like a kid again. You can go through it all in 30 to 45 minutes but it's easy to get lost and spend 2 hours wandering around.
Cheap Entry Fee, and you are greeted by staff that offer to explain the history of the place, free of charge. (Vietnamese & English) It takes 5 minutes and I recommend it.
The only negative is there was no food or drinks available for sale inside, but you are allowed to leave and return. Small stores and cafe right outside. (Maybe this changes on weekends or during tourist season.)
A decent place. It's building made with maze concept. Nothing great or wow about it unless you are excited about the architectural design. People can book room to stay overnight. Morning to evening it's open for tourists. So you need to checkout before 9. I personally didn't like it. Not a family place as so much to walk. Good for groups and friends.
Me and my 10 year old son really enjoyed this place!! He was able to explore and have so much fun! Breakfast was good, too! The staff is amazing and so helpful, they will ensure your stay is comfortable! We had to change rooms and I recommend a room above ground as it is much colder below. There are no heaters in the rooms but staff will help you to build a fire in the fireplace. This is not the kind of hotel you stay in all day during the day. You get up and go. The Crazy house is busy and loud during the day (it's crazy!!!!!)! Tourists are all over and they try to walk into your room so make sure you lock the door. haha!! It was a great time and we will for sure stay there again!
Beautiful one of a kind architecture. The entrance was $60,000 VND per adult. We got to see different buildings with different rooms and each room has a theme. The creativity and art involved is out of this world. The owner still lives inside of the premises and we were very lucky to see her. Totally worth a visit!
This is a whimsical experience. Lots of fun as you clamber every where. A word of warning for those who don't like heights as there's one trail that goes over the roof, but there are plenty of lower paths to explore
