I was overstay for half of a day and i was confirmed by booking department that i only had to pay for half of the room's price. And then i had to pay full price when i checked out. It was confusing and frustrating. On the other hand, the front office was not skill enough. The breakfast buffet was poor and even the tea break buffet was poorer. It's not worth your money.
Nice decoration but people doesn’t take care of it well. It looks a little damaged in reality. was dirty, there was a lot of dirty stains and trash when we first stepped in the room. I asked the staff to clean it but it didn’t get much better after.
No towels. The shampoos are very liquid, can’t use.
Also the bathroom was inconvenient with only a curtain that separates it from the bedroom (not great when someone has to use the restroom...)
Looks great in pictures but disappointing in real life, could be much better with more efforts and too pricey
La May Hotel is a nice place to stay in Da Lat. It takes about 2 km to get to the night market and very close to Tao Ngo chicken hotpot - a must-try dish in Da Lat. The staff is available 24/24. The breakfast includes a hot dish (can be different noodles), salad, bread and sweet potato + corn or dumplings. The drink is always orange juice, coffee or water. One think I don’t feel comfortable is the key. If it was digital key, it would have been more convenient.

The price of my room feels a bit high. In addition to the virtual living corners, the service is not very good. The room is not clean, it is not convenient to have children here.
I rented a motorbike this morning at 9:30 am, the next day at 11:30, pay the receptionist charge 1.5 days. I kept thinking that this morning to rent the car, return the car before check-in time, it will take 1 day. Anyway, you should notice.
When traveling, I go out for breakfast, but most of the buffet at ka like this is poor food, not delicious.
