5-star service!!
We (4 people) booked 2 sets of afternoon tea. I accidentally found a tiny metal thing in a chocolate cake.
We reported then got free charge of those 2 sets of tea (And bonus 2 Xmas cakes) with a apology from staff.
We greatly appreciate this 5-star service!
The restaurant is beautiful and the food is ok. The best thing I experienced that night was the pianist. He is nice and played all the request songs beautifully.
