This hotel is a chinese farce, their marketing is beautiful and wonderful but when you are staying everything badly done .. never again!
My parents booked this hotel a week in advance, a room with a view.
They came in a on a bus and arrived early around 4am. They asked if they can check in early , they said it will be a 100k VND charge which my mom gladly paid. They ushered them into a corner room without any windows so basically no view. When my mother brought this up they told her that her room is no longer available because someone else to decide to extend their stay and kept the room longer.
so long story short the hotel downgraded my parents room, and did not compensate them for it. this is no way a 4 star hotel. Make sure you check out your room before you pay.
Nice , modern hotel with nice view in general from outside. Located right in the Da Lat Central hub so you can easily navigate.
The facility inside room is really not good at all in the 4-star standard.
Soundproof is terrible. You can hear voices from corridor and next room. The drainage in bathroom is terrible. The hotel should do a lot to improve their facility.
Very good sized room, nicely planned and clean hotel. The conceirge is helpful too.
Unique , tidy , perfect location from city center and local market.
