Someone smoke in the room next to mine, was the smoke detector not working or something?
I was impressed by the hotel itself when I passed it, and I wanted to take a look inside so that I could decide whether or not to spend my weekend there. The lobby was clean and spacious, the restaurant was cozy, and the spa was really relaxing and comforting. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but I noticed one woman with short hair at the lobby shouting at her colleague. I immediately felt disappointed and did not feel welcomed. It was unfortunate that, the woman who seemed to be in charge, treated her colleague like that in front of guests. I might come there again to see and maybe spend a day or two at this lovely hotel.
Clean and good size of double bedrooms. Staff is nice and helpful.
One negative thing, wall is too thin. Kids were running and screaming in the corridor at 7am.
I love staying at Golf valley hotel Dalat.
Highlights: friendly staff, super clean, yummy buffet for breakfast, central AC, comfy mattress/bed. The hotel has a bar with live music EVERYDay.
To improve: Since is located just by the road, at night is a little bit noisy. This is the ONLY reason why I am just given 4 *
Good value, windows aren't double layer, it cant be noisy if you are road side (even 3rd floor). Bed and pillow are nice.
Clean hotel, friendly (well trained)staff, requested 1 chair to seat on balcon, they bring me 2 :) also asked for ice at the sushi restaurant on GF, staff happily give me some in a glass I bring from my room =)
Food : breakfast buffet (06:00-10:00)is tasty but not refill after 09:00.
Hotel have gym, sauna, steam included in room price operating from 08:00 to 22:00.
Location : 27.000vnd from Dalat Market if you go by Grab taxi.
Checkin & checkout at lobby is a bit chaotic, people everywhere, yelling and customer who do not properly getting in the queue at the desk office.
Overly, I recommand this etablishment.
