Casa Chilenne is just wonderful. Located on the "main drag" in Cortona it is surrounded with wonderful restaurants, history and incredible views. Jeanette, the proprietor, goes out of her way to make your stay a pleasure. Her breakfasts are out of this world. Additionally she knows everybody and everything and can set you up with the best drivers, best tours, best tougides etc. And if you are visting from the US or UK, Jeanette is a native speaker of English and can work with you very closely.
We stayed here at the recommendation of friends who have lived in Cortona for years. It is excellent in all respects. It is centrally located and easy to find. Jennifer has prepared each room with special touches that my wife especially appreciated. And breakfast was the best we had in Italy. Waffles and eggs American style or virtually whatever you want. This B&B is on our "must return" list.
Well where do I start about this fantastic place, from Jeannette the fabulous lady who runs the b&b to the wonderful rooms, location and breakfast it is all fantastic. Jeannette could not be anymore welcoming friendly and helpful, she is just wonderful and she makes the most incredible fresh breakfasts for guests. We absolutely loved our stay here. It is in the most perfect location in cortona perfectly central with a lovely little balcony over looking the picturesque streets of Cortona. My parents and I loved our stay here and can't wait to return.
Wonderful! Jeanette, Luciano and Carlotta and Daisy make you feel at home. Excellent breakfasts , superior comfort and well-appointed rooms. We loved it and will come again.
