I stayed her with my wife on our honeymoon. I would highly recommend it. It is a great location in the heart of Cortona. The host is friendly and very pleasant to deal with. She clearly pays attention to detail and provides an amazing breakfast to the room. It is a medieval building without a lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs.

I cannot give an honest review to this place, I have already redone it at least 4/5 times and I am promptly forced to do it again because it is not up to what I have found ... An absolute and indescribable friendliness, a clean room and welcoming, a breakfast served in your room that is the envy of the best hotels. What else to add? Everything just perfect.
Starting from the beginning we are greeted by Alessandra, and I immediately understand that we will be treated very well, they make us choose the room between the two available at the time of my arrival, I choose the one with a large bathroom and whirlpool tub (giving up the view on the splendid square), room furnished with great taste, I almost prefer it to that of my house, and complete with all comforts. In the morning they serve you breakfast in your room at the set time, nothing is missing, all good and fresh ... a special thanks to Alessandra who really made us feel as if we were at home.
Oh, I almost forgot the negative notes .... There aren't any ... Maybe someone could complain about the stairs (beautiful high steps) to be done in the absence of an elevator, but I challenge anyone to find such a historic building with an elevator.
In short, I can only say that if I return to the area I already know who to contact ...
IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME WE COME HERE, BUT EVERY TIME LEAVES US FULLY SATISFIED. PLACES ARE BEAUTIFUL NOT ONLY FOR THEMSELVES BUT ALSO FOR THE PEOPLE WHO MANAGE THEM. ALESSANDRA IS ONE OF THESE PEOPLE. VERY GREAT, IT REALLY FEEL YOU AT HOME. CORTONA SUITE HAS VERY LARGE AND BRIGHT ROOMS, ALL WITH A LIVING ROOM THAT ALLOWS YOU TO RELAX EVEN IF YOU ARE "IN THE ROOM". AIR CONDITIONING IS SILENT AND COMFORTABLE. BREAKFAST IS AMAZING AND YOU CAN NEVER FINISH IT FROM EVERYTHING. IN THE BATHROOM THERE IS A COMFORTABLE PHON NOT A WALL, AND FOR US WOMEN WITH LONG HAIR IS GREAT. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING.
I believe it is by far one of the best places where I have had the pleasure of staying! apart from Cortona which is delicious, this B&B has nothing to envy to a 4-star hotel, everything is very nice and clean, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is so kind as to make you feel pampered! I find the idea of a breakfast served in the room with the personal trolley at the appointed time wonderful, confirming that sometimes it takes little to make a guest feel good, it is enough to have the right ideas and know how to exploit them (in the face of other b & bs that they do not have the breakfast room and they leave 4 packaged snacks in the room) ... The location is central to the town and the only negative (for some, not for me) could be the stairs but for a historic building unfortunately I fear it is inevitable. Wonderful bathrooms and comfortable beds, the rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished respecting the style, I must say very romantic and welcoming. You are fantastic, keep it up and, above all, wait for me because I have already booked newooooooo :)
