Las Casas de Doña Concha Mezquita Unfortunately has bed bugs. Even more unfortunate is that rather than taking care of the problem, the owner lied and said she did not. From the amount of insect shells, dead And live bugs It’s clear this is in fact a very old problem. To be specific, within 30 minutes of lying down I already had 6 bites. The apartment also has a heavy musty odor, especially in the closets but in general throughout the apartment. This was expected, but not pleasant. Adding to this, the owner did not have the apartment ready on time. I could have forgiven the odor and was understanding about needing to wait until 18.30 to check in. But 6 bites before I even fall asleep is insane. If the owner says the bugs are gone, I recommend you do not believe her - because according to her message the apartment was just fumigated 2 days ago but has never had bedbugs before (why else would you fumigate?!). She also refused to refund even though I left at 1:30am and returned everything as I found it. A professional scam artist. Do not stay here. It isn’t worth the grief.
La Casa de Doña Concha is a magical place, where you feel at home. We celebrated an important family event and Ana could not be more helpful and pleasant, being available almost 24 hours a day, always with a smile. I recommend your stay without hesitation.
We have spent a wonderful weekend, in a perfect place to meet friends and family.
The house has a beautiful style, without missing a detail, which makes it cozy, different and unbeatable by the best of the 5 * hotels. Location 10, breakfasts with excellent products from Córdoba; Proposals, organization and reservations by Ana (a great host) of great excursions and activities. Excellent cleanliness, very comfortable beds.
We will repeat and recommend without a doubt.
I have spent a dream weekend with my friends. Unbeatable location, everything (absolutely everything) taken care of to the smallest detail: cleanliness, decoration, comfort of the beds, brutal breakfast with Gourmet products and homemade elaboration. Ana also organized all the activities perfectly. I will definitely return with my husband because the enclave is unique to go as a couple. If you are going to visit Córdoba you cannot go to another place.
Weekend for four couples of fifty-something from Madrid. Ana, very kind, anticipated all kinds of recommendations to take advantage of the visit to the fullest. The perfect location And the house ... awesome! Much more than comfortable accommodation. It is quite an experience.
