The Hostal has very friendly management and staff. Communication is very easy in English and at least three other languages. There was a very congenial and family like atmosphere among all of the guests and the management. There was a consistent effort to satisfy our wants and needs.
This is one of the worst hostels I have ever stayed in. The entire place seems to be very dirty without any hygiene at all! As others have already mentioned the breakfast is terrible. The staff wasn't any help at all, they could barly speak english, making a communication near to impossible. All this left me with only 1 option, finding a new hostel.
Sadly I had a very bad expierence at this hostal. The staff seemed to be unfriendly from the start until the end. The breakfast was terrible and the dishes were not cleaned correctly. Furthly the entire staff seemed very inpolite and some staff even was agressiv to me. I would think twice before booking.Their a lot better places in penuelas than this!

They made some changes, looks like they didn't try to keep the Hostal clean or did much fixing. In the bathroom there was mold and the beds were really dirty. Spend only one night. It was horrible. Don't recommend it go choose a different Hostal
