With all the hygiene and protection measures in the Hostel of the Port of Coquimbo you can enjoy a pleasant stay with comfortable rooms and a beautiful team in service. If you are in Coquimbo, this place is absolutely recommended.
Excellent service, good bed, warm shower, TV, breakfast, everything is clean and tidy
If you go only for work, it is a "suitable" place, but the noise, the slamming doors and the lack of a correct parking, make this place, one not suitable for the rest of the passengers.

All rooms have ventilation, only in this case I have one with interior ventilation.
The mattresses are 1 year old, the first complaint we received in that room for which we tested them and they are fine (The comment was written before sleeping). Regarding noise, our receptionist pointed out that there was no great noise at the time of the message, type 1 AM passengers arrived and there was only typical entrance noise. The parking lot is located a block and a half away, it is closed and exclusive for our clients, this is indicated everywhere and is also informed when confirming the reservation. The hostel is as is the booking photos, even when booking a double room with 2 beds, the photo of the room you reserved appears, so your comment loses objectivity. Wifi is in common areas as indicated in the booking portal, it reaches most of the rooms, but we guarantee it in common areas and it works perfectly in them.

1. I don't know where the interior ventilation was ...
2. I did not know that I had to write the comment at the precise moment there was noise, the hostel itself has an echo that makes everything heard everywhere. (But to clarify I wrote it when I couldn't sleep, due to the noise)
3. You should be more objective and recognize that the mattresses are bad, which in addition between not sleeping and noise makes it impossible to rest.
4. You could hardly get anything out of the car if the parking lot is so far away.
