Beautiful hotel with clean rooms, great breakfast and very helpful staff. A few caveats...parking is available but not free and in a secure lot across the street. They essentially require payment in cash...if using credit they will add on 19% tax. Aside from a small portable space heater, the rooms are unheated, though there is a very nice electric blanket on the bed. The cold didn't bother me much, but if you come in the winter and tend to run cold, be forewarned.
The place is simple, but above all very quiet and clean. I love Marioli's kindness, she is too cute, friendly and attentive.
Breakfast was very tasty :)
The Hostal has very friendly management and staff. Communication is very easy in English and at least three other languages. There was a very congenial and family like atmosphere among all of the guests and the management. There was a consistent effort to satisfy our wants and needs.
