The owner very friendly and everything very clean. Near the beach and downtown. The room was quite small without air conditioning and the fan did not work. The shower head was broken. The community roof is fine although you can not see the sunset at all but for a while it is not bad. There is noise from the neighbors because it is right in front. In my opinion a bit expensive for what it is.
