Excellent hotel and facilities. The staff were amazing and incredibly professional,and helpful at all times. Under such difficult times with COVID all the action plans the hotel put in worked superbly and the level of hygiene everywhere was excellent. Incredibly impressed with this.
Our only gripe was that we waited for almost 40 minutes to check out and we felt we shouldn’t have had to pay 8Euros for the hotels beach sun beds.
I am very glad I visited this hotel recently as I was able to relax an enjoy its amenities. Even with the current Covid-19 pandemic going on the hotel was super safe and very on top of the regulations that they had to adhere to. I felt completely at ease there and very well taken care off.
Will visit again as soon as I can.

We have enjoyed our stay in this nice hotel.
It would have been a good experience if the guy that received us the first day didn’t show us an accessible room that smelt of urine and than sold us an easy upgrade that smelt of tobacco. This was discussed with a female member of staff over the phone but no apologies or discount was offered. Also, I cannot believe that a hotel of that size doesn’t offer poached eggs in the morning. To finish you should improve the safety and facilities of your gym.
