I would be lying if i said I thought this place was good. The small, heavily air conditioned rooms were not for me, especially after I had got off of a long flight. We stayed here as it was the cheapest place in Colombo that we could find

3. Capsules are not sound proof( you can hear person in adjacent capsule talking on a phone :P).
4. The only problem I found is capsule door doesn't lock, it can be opened with a little force as it is just a magnet. But you get big locker for keeping valuables there.
I had a comfortable stay at this place where the capsule rent includes the following
A. WiFi
B. Towel, shower gel, tissues
C. TV (optional - because you can opt for capsules without TV and you're charged $5 less.
D. Luggage shelf
E. Dining area (with a microwave oven)
F. Study area
From capsule's location, you get access to the following restaurants at a walkable distance.
1. McDonald's
2. Burger king (only one vegetarian burger available)
3. Dosa king (Indian)
4. Avanya (unlimited meals like breakfast for Rs. 300, lunch - Rs. 400 & dinner - Rs. 400).
5. Curry pot (indo Ceylon cuisine) - unlimited lunch at Rs. 180 (for white rice) and Rs. 230 (for yellow rice).
There are plenty of other restaurants, but, I have tried only with the above restaurants. Food costs are nominal.
You also have access to super markets like Cargill's and plenty of tea stores available.
Bathrooms are clean (which includes a dressing room) and the capsule is well equipped with AC.
Kollupitiya beach/Indian Ocean is at its vicinity.
The hotel accepts US dollars and also sells basic needs like water bottle, coffee powder. The price is a little high, but can be purchased once during urgencies. Make sure you've exact change, if you hold foreign currency as the management may run out of change, at times.
On the whole, had a comfortable stay!
Amazing experience of stay...so peaceful with privacy. Staying in this capsules is just like you are in any space station...u have to use sharing washroom but they maintain very good hygieness...
