The rooms are very nice and the location is great, but the service we got was horrible. First of all we booked a room as a family of 3 (including a 5 y.o. child), so we expected to have 3 sleeping places. However in the room there was only one double bed so we ended up sleeping all 3 of us in one bed. Another thing- we specifically asked for a room with air conditioning as I was 8.5 months pregnant at the time of our visit and it was 38 degrees hot in Köln. Nevertheless we got a room at 5th floor (the last floor, so the hottest) with no air conditioning whatsoever. So the night we spent at the hotel was one of the worst I ever had as I couldn't get almost any sleep because of lack of space in the bed and because of how hot it was. We arrived at the hotel at around 22:00 and there was no one at the reception so we couldn't get help with solving those issues (as they've explained the next morning- because of Corona, the reception is working only till 18:00). I am very disappointed with our stay in this hotel and feel like we just waisted our money trying to have a nice family weekend in Köln.
Well maintained, quiet room with a super comfortable bed and stylish bathroom. The building is spectacularly and conveniently situated. Check-in was quick and efficient by friendly and helpful staff.
Just stunningly beautiful! Loved the whole atmosphere. The breakfast was great and we had a hard time getting out of bed cause it was just too comfortable. It really is a little hideaway in the middle of cologne.
I have spent three weeks in this hotel due to a business trip, and what can I say? I dont think I have ever stayed at a better hotel. The staff was unbelievable nice and helpful. The rooms are spectacular (love the design!), the whole hotel is just so beautiful and classy. The room was always very clean and pleasant. They even listen to special requirements for breakfast (vegan) and offer them. It was a delightful stay and I will be definitively coming back.
Trendy hotel! Room was clean, design, quite minimalistic... I didn't see any coffee set to either have one in the morning in the room, and make some tea
