Refused to check me in. They told me i should sleep on the streets. Never been treated like that at any hotel
Beautifully decorated hotel with super comfy beds, bedding and pillows. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, gym is well-outfitted. Our room was pretty warm so they supplied us with a fan as there is no A/C. The rain shower was finicky (I couldn’t get it to work), so they reimbursed us for the upgrade which was fair.
Clean, friendly, value for money, English-speaking, beautiful, quiet, safe hotel. Worth it.
Very nice hotel
Mi really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Would definitely come back and recommend this hotel. On top of the great experience, they have bath and douche products from rituals based on the type of room you’re in. Try to go to the top floor to enjoy the view over the city of Cologne.
