Rooms are small but quiet. Good location. You can see the recent remodelling, some old furniture is left but it is still cozy. Friendly staff, courtyard parking, value for money.
It's decent but I was not blown away or pleasently impressed by anything in particular. The staff was hospitable, polite and helpful but the conditions were not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. The room furnishings look and feel old, I know that's supposed to be the style but they just looked overused and tarnished rather than "classic". Actually, the whole place has that same vibe...like it was nice once but now it's showing its age. There was nothing to really complain about either, everything was just...average.
a great hotel in Cluj, very friendly staf and amazing food, I will stay here every time I stay in Cluj from now on.
Cons: We could't sleep because the water pipes make an excruciating sound when other guests use their sink.
The bed is horrible. The mattress is awful and the bedframe creaks a lot.
The TV was very old and did not work properly.
Pros: it was clean and the breakfast was ok.
