Check in was fine, however, when I left my room and closed the door behind me, I noticed it opens if you lean on it and push in (without using the room card). I made the issue known at the front desk and was told someone would take a look at it. I don’t think anyone looked at it since it stayed like this until 4 days later when i checked out. Bed sheets smelled like mold to the point where it was hard to fall asleep; overall, vibe of the room & price vs comfort is definitely not 5 stars. My bed sheets were also not changed & bed was not made AT ALL during my stay of 4 nights here. I have been staying at this hotel during Untold festival since the very first edition, until now. Will not book here again!
it is not worth it. very expensive and dirty. and the staff is very rude. they treat you different if u are from the southern part of Romania and comment about it with one raised eyebrow. dear peasants, you are pathetic. and your little city is pathetic.
Lovely hotel with nice, clean rooms. Attentive staff. Let down by the lack of vegetarian options on their food menus.
The pool is great, the staff are friendly and helpful, the parking is not an issue at all, the rooms are pretty good.
I don’t know how was it before the pandemics, but now the 5 stars hotel, it’s a 3 stars hotel but still paying for the 5 stars.
There is no double bed only singles attached together, the seats around the pool are “taken” by the rude pool-man, the food is far away from 5 stars standards and so on...
The room was clean and nice but taking into consideration the bed situation, the small tv in the room and the fact that we could not set the temperature in the room only by calling every time the reception.. there is no way that’s how a 5 stars service looks like.
So overall it was a disappointing experience and for now it’s a 3 stars hotel with extremely large lobby and expensive usefully things.
