This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel. It is not acceptable to have poor cleaned rooms especially during pandemic. Food options are limited, and even if the breakfast is served between 7-10, you’d better be there early if you want to eat something by your choice. If not, the lady from the kitchen (very nice lady btw) will suggest you an omlette or some sunny side ups.. The price is simply not justified.
Good front desk service! I would't rate this hotel as a 4*, maybe 2 with indulgence. Rooms needs serious cleaning...ASAP!
By far the most modern and comfortable hotel in Cluj. Not in the city centre but still well located, also with regard of the airport. Good restaurant with great choice of wines. Nice spa. Good rooms, currently being renovated.
Went to a baptism party here. The hall is a nice place, not too big, but great for smaller events. They served very good food and had a large variety of drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. I don't know if they provided the DJ and the sound system too, but that was also a success. Good dancing music and reasonable volume of the music during food servings so you could talk to one another without having to yell at one another.
I've visited the hotel about 6 and a half or 7 years ago. I liked the rooms and the food in the restaurant was amazing. Conference room was perfectly suited for our event. Loved it!
