Probably the best place to stay in the old city center of Cluj Napoca. It's a very old building, but carefully and tastefully renovated, and with all the modern amenities you'd want.
Very polite hosts, the rooms are of a decent size, the beds are rather hard but nice to sleep in, and the automatic ventilation/climatisation system makes sure you don't need to open the windows.
Only small snag, if you rent the rooms from the street, it's a little bit noisy from the car traffic, but nothing too annoying.
You also get a gorgeous Transylvanian breakfast in the bistro downstairs (you'll use a door from the inner courtyard to enter, no need to go outside in the street).
Totally recommended.

Great, cozy, awesome staff! Very central and easy to get to. Great for a visit to Cluj; close to the center and easy to reach. Super personal and attention to tourists.

Excellent! Perfect location, impeccable rooms, a la carte breakfast very good. Historic location restored with great attention paid to details. International standard. Recommended!
