Very pleased with this hotel. We were booked to travel from Canada in June, but due to COVID-19, our flights got cancelled, and we could not make it. The hotel immediately issued a refund. No hustle. Good job and very happy with your service. When we plan to revisit Cluj Napoca, we will make sure we will stay with you as a thank you for your kindness.
The rooms are at the four star standard, I mean space here. Smart TVs with applications like Netflix, Amazon Prime and others ready to work, if you have an account, of course. The quality and varied breakfast. The only down payment is the one from the basement of the hotel and has only six or seven seats. It would be good to mention in the reservation if you want parking because the hotel is in the center, parking spaces are limited and the parking lot exceeds the paid one to park at the hotel.
It's really nice and clean, the staff is great, but I didn't like that that they charged me at the beginning
