My fiancé and I went here over Valentine’s Day weekend and we felt very safe - all things considered! The location is excellent. You’re close to tons of shops, restaurants, bars and close to the subway as well. The Thompson also had exceptional customer service. The front desk clerks were friendly, welcoming, and more than happy to accommodate any of our requests. Lastly, the rooms were very clean and tidy. They aren’t huge rooms but they’re very nice and most importantly - clean!
We will definitely be staying here again!
Went here for our anniversary as a weekend gateway. Great view at the corner room. The staff was super helpful and the room was clean and nice. We really liked the wall arts and the bathtub. The only thing fall short for me was that the mattress was kind of hard, but I guess people who prefer hard beds would enjoy that as well.
Love this hotel- one of my fav in Chicago! The bathrooms are large and the products were fantastic. super modern and fabulous bedding/robes.
Michael Willson helped us with 2 reservations for this month and the experience couldn't have been easier and more enjoyable. We had a gorgeous room with stunning views, and it was nicely decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable as well! The hotel overall is gorgeous and it's a super convenient location close to the lake and tons of dining and shopping. This hotel is awesome and we recommend it to everyone. Special thanks to Michael Willson for being awesome to work with always!
What a beautiful hotel, I absolutely loved staying here, everything was clean, modern, & stunning. The room was gorgeous and the staff was attentive and friendly, if you are considering staying, don’t hesitate to book!
