Checks all the right boxes. Plentiful options for food and drink that are within walking distance. Beds are very comfortable and the fixtures are high end. All this at a reasonable price.
We stayed here during a winter storm, so that we could be close to an early morning appointment the next day. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and had everything we needed! In the rush of getting up early, somehow I left my wedding band in the room. When I called 2 days later to see if they had it, I was briefly put on hold and they found it! They have earned our business, we greatly appreciate the honesty.
Room service is available 24 hours a day, and it was fast. Via an air-conditioned overpass, you can walk from the hotel to the main road. It's extremely easy!
I stayed at the Ace Dec 5 through the 9th and it instantly became my new favorite hotel. The manager, Drew was so friendly and accommodating and really made me feel at home. My room was spectacular! Super spacious, clean, and comfortable. My place to stay every trip back to Chicago, I'll be seeing you again soon. Thank you Drew and Ace Hotel for providing the best hospitality.
The service is excellent here! They provided me with such an overwhelming experience. The staves were extremely accommodating and friendly.
