Quiet street, good neighborhood, good service. Room could use some decor updates, but I wasn't doing a catalog photo shoot, so it wasn't bothersome. Just noteworthy. When I checked in, there was no shower curtain, but that was quickly remedied by the very nice lady working the desk. The mattress (the most important part of a hotel stay) was super comfortable and the window shade blacked out the light from outside. An overall good experience.
I loved this hotel! It was vintage with most architecture being kept as original as possible. The rooms were not cookie cutter and I loved that. Our friends had the sunroom suite and it was amazing!
Built in 1926. Staff Daniel, Dionte and Roxana made me feel at home. I felt like I was staying at my Great, Great Grandparents home. Beds comfortable. Good heat. Large bathtub and shower with very hot water. Extremely clean. Very cozy. I have stayed in many hotels but this one is very special. Thank you so much Majestic Hotel
I like this hotel. It's clean, usually quiet, SUPER friendly desk staff.
Downside: It apparently takes up to fortnight to get your deposit back in case of minibar /incidentals. Really? I even asked them to check my room.

Delightful Chicago hotel experience. Great staff and clean rooms, hopefully I will get back soon. Parking was close and affordable. Daniel at the front desk was knowledgeable and courteous.
