This property is truly awesome! First time we went we had a little bumpy stay but this was when they first opened so everyone’s going to have bumpy starts!! The staff is awesome and friendly. Food is really good! The general manager really helped us with coming back for another stay and made sure it was perfect this time around. 5/5 for the soaking tubs alone! Rooms are always clean and it’s close to everything. We will be returning without a doubt!!
We stayed in the Zen Suite, and had a fantastic experience overall.
The room is beautiful, romantic, and well equipped with everything you need/want.
We ran into a few issues, and after a quick email Katrina reached out and corrected it.

Pros- Food was excellent, rooms were beautiful and clean, staff was awesome when we interacted directly with them.
Cons- We stayed for new years eve and new years day. New years day everything was perfect but service even for hotel guests was non existent new years eve for a few hours. We couldn't get ahold of anyone from in room dining or guest services from about 7pm to 10pm. We ended up having to order out elsewhere & couldn't get drinks or silverware to our room. I was able to get a bottle of champagne and a round of cocktails to our room from the rooftop restaurant by going up and talking to them directly but even that took about an hour to receive. I realize it was a major holiday in a pandemic but I feel hotel guests should always have reliable, fast access to hotel services & necessities like silverware and food.
The Best hotel in Chicago. I can’t wait to go to their restaurant. I was for one night but i was enjoying every moment.
